Went to have a brake service done for my Lexus RX 330 at Chantilly Repair Center for the first time. I picked them after a thorough research online of various customer reviews of different repair shops. They have a pretty decent reviews, so I went with them. Omar and Sal were very knowledgeable, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, HONEST. Omar informed me that the brakes on my Lexus could still go for another 15K miles, and their policy is to inform the customer and let the customer decide if they still wanted to go ahead with the brake service. Since the rotors on my Lexus was warping, and I could feel vibrations on the car when I step on the brakes, I went ahead with the brake service. The cost in the long run is definitely much reasonable than a dealership quote, and I am very satisfied with the work. I believe we will be repeat customers.
