This was my first time and I will be bringing all my cars . I had purchased a Ferrari out of state , and the short version is I was up against the wall of getting the car inspected quickly due to how long it took to get my plates from the dealer . There are very few places I would take this car and after looking at ratings and speaking with Mike there is no question this is my new garage. Not only did he understand the urgency but got my car back to me ahead of schedule. Garage is clean and clearly quality. Thanks again Mike

My first time bringing my car here and I have to admit, overall I wasn’t very impressed. I will say one positive was they had availability to work on my car the day I called and I was able to pick it up later that evening. That was probably the highlight. When I called I asked about pricing for an oil change and break job, and that I already have the rotors and pads, so they gave me a quote for labor. I found a coupon for $50 off $500+ which they state you have to show before having the work done. So, when I got to the shop I showed them the coupon I had printed out, and they asked if I wanted my car washed and vacuumed. I thought they was a nice perk. When my husband went to pick my car up he noticed that they charged me $32 for brake cleaner and stop squeal. That seems a bit excessive given a bottle for each of these is around $5, and so much for the $50 coupon. So, that’s how they get you, you really don’t get $50 off because they end up charging you about the same for ancillary items. I thought to myself, well if my car is at least washed and had a quick vacuum that would be nice. Well, that didn’t happen either, my car was filthy on the outside, it absolutely had not even been sprayed down and the inside wasn’t touched. Needless to say, my search for a local car service shop will continue. It’s unfortunate because being a big fan of European cars I was hoping I’d really like this shop and we’d have somewhere to bring our other cars. Can’t say that will be the case.
