Recently moved from NY and was hoping to find my new auto shop to replace somewhere I’d been going to for years. Came here for a routine brake change as well as a request to top off and change any fluids as necessary. Needless to say, after picking up my car, it was suddenly making a loud sound every time I hit a pothole. A sound it had never made before. It took a few attempts for them to figure out what had gone wrong and they ultimately repaired it. I still hear the brakes squeak intermittently and can’t honestly say I feel comfortable with the work performed or the parts received. Aside from the brakes, only a couple of weeks after service, my steering fluid light came on. I really wish I’d had a better experience. I feel spoiled having had a great spot all these years on Long Island. I won’t be a return customer and will be looking elsewhere for future service. I want to reiterate that everyone at this shop was pleasant to deal with and my issue was ultimately resolved. But it was costly (using Ubers to drop off and pickup multiple times) and time consuming.
